Are you ready to join me, lets get past our excuses and get in great shape?

   

We will start with a 6 Week Fitness Sprint. 

   

But, we need to know there are enough people interested to do this class.

   

We will have 2 sessions per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 A.M.
